Global remote technical support is available. Overseas engineer attendance can be coordinated subject to location, visas, access clearance, vessel schedule and parts availability; arrangements must be agreed in advance.
Share the project country and use, quantity, load, speed, floors and stops, shaft dimensions, power supply and delivery schedule. We can then advise on configuration, quotation and export delivery.
Records depend on the agreed scope and may include inspection or repair logs, test results, findings and recommendations. Report or certificate type, applicable requirements and delivery timing are agreed for each order.
