Nine elevators were organized into four differentiated groups serving 9-, 13-, 25- and 32-storey building zones. The configuration responds to mixed-use traffic, different shaft conditions and high-rise travel requirements.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
From building requirements to a deliverable solution
A commercial complex should not be treated as one uniform traffic zone. This project uses different loads, speeds and control arrangements to match the function and height of each building section.
The case illustrates Kerui's capability in elevator selection, China elevator procurement coordination and overseas project delivery for complex building programmes.
01 / ELEVATOR SELECTION
Zoned elevator selection
The selection process matched machine-room conditions, building height, traffic demand and control strategy for each zone.
- Group A: 1 MRL elevator, 1,150 kg, 1.75 m/s, serving 9 floors
- Group B: 3 MRL group-control elevators, 1,350 kg, 1.75 m/s, serving 13 floors
- Group C: 3 machine-room group-control elevators, 1,000 kg, 2.0 m/s, serving 25 floors
- Group D: 2 machine-room duplex elevators, 1,000 kg, 2.0 m/s, serving 32 floors
02 / CHINA PROCUREMENT
China elevator procurement and technical coordination
- 01
Review four equipment groups as a coordinated package while retaining zone-specific parameters.
- 02
Control revisions through a unified schedule of loads, speeds, stops, openings, control modes and shaft interfaces.
- 03
Plan manufacturing, packing and export batches to support the overseas construction sequence.
03 / OVERSEAS INSTALLATION
Overseas elevator installation and commissioning support
- Interface review for MRL and machine-room elevator zones
- Installation guidance for group-control and duplex systems
- Testing, commissioning and acceptance coordination with the local project team
04 / OVERSEAS PERFORMANCE
Project value and overseas performance
Project names, locations, quantities and technical parameters are compiled from available project materials. The final service scope is subject to the contract and approved technical documents.
